Die vorherrschende Berichterstattung rechtfertigt das Vorgehen der Polizei: Sie stellt Bewohner*innen der Unterkünfte als aggressiv und kriminell dar und schweigt über die Brutalität\, die von Polizei und Wachdiensten ausgeht. Menschen\, die Opfer von Polizei- und Wachdienstgewalt werden\, erfahren darüber hinaus Repressionen durch den Justizapparat. Staat und Polizei inszenieren sich auf diese Weise als Opfer\, während die Geflüchteten zu Täter*innen gemacht werden. \nWas dabei aus dem Blick gerät: Die spektakuläre Gewalt durch Polizei und Wachdienste ist Teil und Ausdruck einer strukturelleren Entrechtung und alltäglichen Staatsgewalt\, die Geflüchtete insbesondere in den bayerischen Transitzentren erfahren. Dublin und Duldung – d.h. ständige Angst von nächtlichen Abschiebungen –\, Arbeitsverbote\, Residenzpflicht\, Sachleistungsprinzip\, 80-Cent-Jobs\, schlechtes Kantinenessen\, mangelnde Privatsphäre sind einige der Probleme\, die ihren Alltag prägen. Gegen diese Zustände haben Geflüchtete in süddeutschen Lagern begonnen sich zu organisieren\, um ihre Rechte einzufordern. Ihrem Widerstand wurde und wird mit massiver Polizeigewalt und Repression begegnet. \nAm 4. Juli werden Refugee-Aktivist*innen aus den Lagern in Bamberg\, Donauwörth und Ellwangen von ihren Erfahrungen und Kämpfen berichten. \nEingeladen sind: David Jassey und Amadou Sambou (Donauwörth)\, Khady Soumare (Bamberg)\, Christel Takor und Hassan Alassa (Ellwangen)Einführung und Moderation: Aino Korvensyrjä (Soziologin und Aktivistin von Justizwatch) \nDie Veranstaltung findet in englischer und französischer Sprache statt.. The media justifies the actions of the police: they portray residents in the shelters as aggressive and criminal and remain silent about the brutality of the police and security guards. People who are victimised by the police and security forces later also suffer repression by the judiciary. In this way\, the state and police present themselves as victims\, while the refugees are turned into perpetrators. \nWhat is thereby concealed: The spectacular violence by the police and security guards is part of a structural deprivation of rights and everyday state violence\, particularly in the Bavarian transit centres. Dublin and Duldung – that is\, the constant fear of nightly deportations –\, work bans\, mobility restrictions (Residenzpflicht)\, benefits in kind\, 80-cent jobs\, bad canteen food and the lack of privacy are some of the problems that characterise the everyday life in these institutions. Refugees in camps in southern Germany have begun to organise themselves against these conditions in order to demand their rights.
