„Borderless and brazen“ (May Ayim) – Stories of antiracist resistance in Germany

On March 21st, the International Day against Racism, the Bündnis gegen Rassismus (Alliance against Racism) invites you to a panel session about antiracist resistances in Germany.  There is a wide range of perspectives and experiences that we want to give space to during this evening. The event will depict antiracist resistance of people who experience racism themselves and make clear that Black people, Migrants, Refugees, People of Color, Roma and generally people who experience racism do not have to be “mobilized”. We have been active for a long time anyway and always were!

Together with you and the panel guests we want to talk about different antiracist struggles and discuss common perspectives.

On the panel there will be contributions from activists of different initiatives and groups:

„Grenzenlos und Unverschämt“ – Geschichten antirassistischen Widerstands in Berlin

Am 21. März, dem Internationalen Tag gegen Rassismus, lädt das Bündnis gegen Rassismus zur Podiumsveranstaltung über antirassistische Widerstände in Deutschland ein. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Perspektiven und Erfahrungen, denen wir an diesem Abend Raum geben wollen. Die Veranstaltung soll den antirassistischen Widerstand von Menschen, die selbst Rassismus-erfahrungen machen, aufzeigen und verdeutlichen, dass Schwarze, Migrant_innen, Geflüchtete, People of Color, Roma und allgemein Menschen mit Rassismuserfahrungen nicht erst „mobilisiert“ werden müssen.

Wir sind längst aktiv und waren es auch schon immer!

Gemeinsam mit euch und den Podiumsgästen möchten wir uns über die unterschiedlichen antirassistischen Kämpfe austauschen und über gemeinsame Perspektiven diskutieren.
