Gemeinsame Busanreise zur Demo gegen die Innenminister_innen Konferenz am 1.12.2012

Vom 5. bis zum 7.12.2012 tagen in Rostock die Innenminister_innen der Bundesländer und der Bundesinnenminister. Sie sind unmittelbare Entscheidungsträger_innen der deutschen Asyl- und Migrationspolitik, sie sind unter anderem verantwortlich für menschenrechtswidrige Abschiebungen, Zwangsunterbringung in Lagern und Residenzpflicht. 

Trotz jahrelanger Forderungen vieler Flüchtlingsinitiativen nach einer zumutbaren Unterbringung, Abschaffung diskriminierender Gesetze und einer kompromisslosen Umsetzung der Menschenrechtenrechte, bestehen in Deutschland weiterhin postkoloniale Gesetze zur Reglementierung und Diskriminierung der Geflüchteten.

Und trotz der anhaltenden Proteste der Geflüchteten in verschiedenen Städten Deutschlands, des Protestmarsches von Würzburg nach Berlin, des Hungerstreiks am Brandenburger Tor, dem Protest Camp am Oranienplatz in Berlin und der Solidarisierung Tausender in Deutschland und weltweit mit den Forderungen der Geflüchteten sind letztere nicht Programm der Innenminister_innen Konferenz!

Wir fordern die Innenminister_innen auf, ihr Programm zu ändern und folgendes zu beschließen: Die Abschaffung der Residenzpflicht, die Abschaffung der Zwangsunterbringung in Lagern und den sofortigen Stopp aller Abschiebungen!

In Solidarität unterstützen wir die Forderungen der ?Bleiberechtsdemo? am 5.12.2012. Wir schließen uns außerdem den Forderungen der Bündnisdemo ?IMK versenken? am 1.12.2012 an, welche die deutsche Innenpolitik generell ablehnt und im Speziellen den Verfassungsschutz und alle anderen Repressionsinstitutionen:

Wir fordern, dass der Verfassungsschutz spätestens nach dem desaströsen Umgang und der Begünstigung von rassistischen Morden im Zusammenhang mi dem NSU aufgelöst und abgeschafft wird.

Außerdem fordern wir die Abschaffung aller Gesetze und Maßnahmen, die Menschen daran hindern, ein Leben ihrer Wahl in Solidarität mit allen anderen zu führen und sich politisch dafür zu engagieren. Wir fordern die sofortige Beendigung jeglicher Überwachung und Repression gegen emanzipatorische politische und soziale Bewegungen.

Wir sind uns dessen bewusst, dass die Arbeit des Verfassungsschutz und der Repressionsorgane in genau dem selben gesellschaftlichen Gesamtkontext steht wie Abschiebepraxis und Diskriminierungen. Das Problem heißt nach wie vor Rassismus. Es ist tief verankert in der Gesellschaft. Es drückt sich aus in einer Spannbreite von rassistischen Vorurteilen, über Flüchtlingspolitik, bis zu Brandanschlägen und Morden. Es hat seine Wurzeln in der kolonialen und faschistischen Vergangenheit Deutschlands. Die Innenminister_innen tagen in dieser Tradition.

– IMK versenken: 1.12.2012 um 15 Uhr, Rostock Hauptbahnhof

– Bleiberechtsdemo: 05.12.2012 um 17 Uhr, Rostock Hauptbahnhof

Wir organisieren für die Demo am 1.12. eine gemeinsame An- und Abreise mit Bussen. Start ist 8 Uhr am Oranienplatz. Tickets kosten 15 Euro, Solipreis 25 Euro. Geflüchtete müssen kein Geld bezahlen. Die Tickets gibt es vom 22. bis 30.11. am Infopoint im Protest Camp am Oranienplatz. Für das Organisieren der Busse ist es einfacher, wenn ihr die Tickets so früh wie möglich kauft!

Wir wollen schon um 12 Uhr in Rostock ankommen und werden dort das Flüchtlingslager besuchen.

Bus tour to the demonstration against the Conference of Interior Ministers on December the 1st, 2012 Between December the 5th and 7th the Minsters of the Interior of the particular federal states and the Federal Minister of the Interior will meet in Rostock. They are the crucial decision makers when it comes to the German asylum- and migration-policy. Among other things, they are responsible for the violation of human rights through deportations, the forced placement in Lagers and the Residenzpflicht.

Despite the demands voiced by many refugee initiatives for many years for appropriate placements, the abolishment of discriminatory laws and the complete implementation of human rights, there is a continuance of the German colonial legacy carried by the laws to regulate and discriminate refugees in Germany.
Despite of the persistence of the Refugee Protest Camps in several cities in Germany, the Protest March from Würzburg to Berlin, the Protest Camp at Oranienplatz, the hunger strike at Brandenburger Tor and the solidarity of thousands, both in Germany and worldwide, with the refugees‘ demands, they are not on the agenda of the Conference of Interior Ministers!

We demand that the Ministers of the Interior change their agenda and enact the following:
The abolishment of Residenzpflicht; the abolishment of forced colocation in Lagers; the immediate stop of all deportations! In solidarity we support the demands of the Bleiberechtsdemo (December the 5th). Further we share the demands in the demonstration called „IMK versenken“ (December the 1st) which refuses the German domestic politics in general, but also specifically the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and all the other institutions sustaining repression:
The disastrous handling by the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution of information concerning the racist murders of the NSU and its toleration, call more than ever for its complete repeal.

Furthermore we demand to abolish all laws and directives that impede human beings in living the life they want to show solidarity with others and campaign olitically for what they believe in. Thus we call for the immediate termination of any kind of surveillance and repression, directed against emancipatory political and social movements. 

We want to point out the fact that the work of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution and the institutions of repression are located in the same societal context as the practice of deportation and other discriminations. The problem was and is racism! Racism is deeply rooted in society. It is expressed in a variety of racist prejudices, policies towards refugees and incendiary attacks and murder. It is rooted in Germany’s prevailing colonial and fascist ideology. The Ministers of Interior meet in the context of this tradition.

We are organising a bus tour for the Demonstration on December the 1st. We will start at 8am at the Oranienplatz. The price for the tickets is 15€, solidarity fee 25€ . Refugees do not pay. The tickets are available starting November the 22nd until November the 30th at the Infopoint of the Protest Camp at Oranienplatz. In order to easily organise the busses, it would be very helpful if you could buy the tickets as early as possible! We want to arrive at 12pm in Rostock in order to visit a Lager.
